HISTORY

  29 June 1976 Inauguration of the plant as ANI Philippines Forge, Inc. – a wholly   owned subsidiary company of Australian National Industries, Ltd. (ANI)   based in Sydney, Australia. Registered with the Board of Investments   (BOI) as a pioneer enterprise.  
September 1991 Changed the company name to Philippine Forge, Inc. (PFI).
21 November 1994 Signing ceremonies for Aichi Steel Works, Ltd. (now Aichi Steel Corp.),   Nissho Iwai Corp. (now Sojitz Corp.), & Toyota Tsusho Corp. buying the   shares of PFI.  
19 January 1995 Changed the company name to Aichi Forging Co. of Asia, Inc. (AFC).
  1 April 2017 Changed the company name to Aichi Forge Philippines, Inc.(AFP).
